Venue to IAE
From the city center of Annecy, the easiest way to come to IAE is to take the city bus line 1 and to get off at the bus stop 'Campus'. A map is available here.

Live broadcast of plenary and invited talks
Plenary talks, invited talks and the industrial session will be broadcast live on zoom. See the program to get the zoom links.
Recommendations for in person and online speakers
Plenary talks are expected to last 50 minutes, plus 10 minutes discussion time. Invited talks and talks in parallel sessions are expected to last 25 minutes, plus 5 minutes discussion time. In order not to lose time between presentations, we ask in person speakers to send us be email the slides of their presentation, in a pdf format, no later than the day before their talk. We ask online speakers to be connected to zoom at least 15 minutes before the start of their session. See the program to get the zoom links.
Working rooms
During the conference two working rooms will be available : rooms 102 and 121 (1st floor).
Welcome drink at the city hall of Annecy le Vieux
All the participants of the BSDE2022 conference are awaited at the city hall of Annecy le Vieux on Tuesday at 6:15pm o share a welcome drink with Mme Odile CERIATI-MAURIS, vice-major if Annecy. See here for a route between IAE and the city hall.
Social activities and social dinner
Wednesday afternoon is dedicated to the social activities of the conference. Participants will have the choice between a boat trip on the Annecy lake, a guided tour of the old city of Annecy or two hikings in the surrounding moutains. See more information here.
The social dinner will take place at Imperial palace hotel on Wednesday evening.
A survey has been sent to each participant. To organise things in the best of ways, please don't forget to answer to the survey!
Group photo
A group photo will be taken on Thursday, during coffee break, at 10pm, in front of the main building.
Goodies, printing and lunches
In an ecological concerns, the organizing committee has decided to take some green measures:
- only a few copies of the book of abstracts are printed. They are available for consultation at the reception desk and in each conference room
- rather than offering goodies (which often end up in the garbage), emphasis has been placed on discovering the surroundings: four types of activities around Annecy are proposed on Wednesday afternoon. For those needing them, pens and writing pads are available at the reception desk
- lunches and coffee breaks are based on local supplies and prepared by a caterer deeply concerned about environmental respect
