Fee & Payment

The conference fees are as follows:

Early bird (registration and payment before 17th April):

• Early career researchers: Postdocs and PhD students: 200 euros.
• Established researchers and industry participants: 275 euros.

Normal fee (registration and payment after 17th April):

• Early career researchers: Postdocs and PhD students: 250 euros.
• Established researchers and industry participants: 300 euros.

Cancellation policy: Please note that we cannot refund registration fees.

The conference fee covers:

• Lunches on every day of the conference (i.e. Monday-Friday)
• Social Event and Conference dinner
• Coffee breaks
