Travel to Annecy

By air. There are two main airports near Annecy :

 Geneva Airport. From Geneva airport to Annecy (around 40 min), you can either take the shuttle (see the shuttle time table), the train (by changing at Geneva-Cornavin station (train timetable) or take a taxi Taxi Massingy, Access Taxi, taxi2airport (~85 euros, 40 min) 

Lyon St Exupery Airport. From Lyon St Exupery airport to Annecy (around 1h30 min), you can either take the shuttle(see the shuttle time table), or take a taxi Taxi Massingy, Naveco 

By train. There are direct connections with Paris, Lyon, Valence, Grenoble. You can get the train time table on the French Railways web page.

By car. Annecy is located in the East part of France. You can plan your route with Google Maps.

Travel from Annecy to the University

By bus. From the center of Annecy, you can use the public transports Sibra. Take bus line 1 and get off at the bus stop 'Campus' (~12 minutes), or line 4 and get off at the bus stop 'Campus' (~20 minutes) . Plan of the bus stop. The building is right next to the bus stop

By car. (~15 minutes from the center of Annecy) You can plan your route with Google Maps.

By Taxi. (~15 minutes from the center of Annecy) Taxi Massingy, Annecy Taxi

In Annecy-le-vieux

Hotel le flamboyant***(~100 euros per night). To go to the university, you can walk (~20 minutes) or take bus line 5 (bus stop 'CES Barattes') and line 1.

Ancor Hotel***(~100 euros per night). To go to the university, take bus line 14 (bus stop 'Pré Vernet') and line 1.

Hotel Le bel abri**(~75 euros per night). To go to the university, you can walk (~10 minutes) or take bus  line 14 (bus stop 'Pt Port Chavoires').

Centre Jean XXIII (around 50 euros per night). To go to the university, you can walk (around 5 minutes).

In Annecy

Hotel Novotel Annecy Centre**** (~130 euros per night). To go to the university, take bus line 1 (bus stop 'Paul Grimault')

Hotel Mercure Annecy Centre**** (~115 euros per night). To go to the university, take bus line 1 (bus stop 'Sommeiller')
